A native of South Carolina, I have lived in Jacksonville, FL since 1991 after a four-year stay in Louisville, KY. I graduated from Furman University in 1985 with a BA degree in psychology. After doing graduate work for a while, I married in 1988 and moved to Florida where I joined the insurance industry — purely by accident. I am now single again, a happy father, a business development professional, and an occasional writer.
